This is LT Forged's privacy policy. It explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have. Our store runs on Shopify, and we use a few trusted services to operate. We keep this short and honest.
Who we are

What we collect
- Order details — your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone (if you provide it), the items you order, and your vehicle/fitment specs. Payment card data is processed by Shopify Payments and our payment processors; we don't store full card numbers.
- Email signups — if you join our email list, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.
- Site analytics — your device and browser type, IP address, pages you view, and how you navigate the site. This is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages you send us — anything you include when you email us.
Who processes your data
We use service providers (processors) to run the business:
- Shopify — hosts the store, processes payments, and handles order data and storefront analytics.
- Klaviyo — manages our email list and sends marketing and order-related email.
These providers handle your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Some may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How we use your data
- To process and fulfill your order, confirm your spec sheet, arrange freight, and provide support.
- To send marketing email if you've signed up (you can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email).
- To secure the site, prevent fraud, and protect against abuse.
- To comply with the law and respond to valid legal requests.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We use standard analytics and advertising cookies; depending on where you live, this may be considered a "share" for targeted advertising, and you can opt out (see below).
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your cart, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising where applicable.
Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA, and others)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also use an authorized agent, with proof of authorization. We'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. Residents of other states or the UK/EEA may have similar rights — contact us the same way.
Data retention and security
We keep your data as long as needed to fulfill your order, run the business, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes — then we delete or de-identify it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information over unsecured channels.
Children
The site isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
