02 — Engineering

03 — Forging
Single billet
Forged from a single block under 12,000 tons of pressure. Denser grain structure and higher strength-to-weight than cast or flow-formed.
04 — CNC Machining
Machined to spec
Each wheel is machined to spec from the forged blank — face geometry, back-pad, hub bore, stud holes.
05 — Finishing
Finished to your build
Powdercoat, brushed, polished, or two-tone. Color and finish locked at the configurator before forging starts.
06 — Quality Control
Tolerance verified
Tolerance testing on every wheel before it ships. Spec sheet stays with the set.
