Every set is built to order. Once your purchase is complete at checkout, your order is final and forging begins — no cancellation, no refund, no design changes. Walk through the configurator carefully and confirm every spec before you click Lock My Build.
02 — Build time
Build time
Production runs 8–12 weeks from checkout. Custom designs add ~7 days for concept renders, then standard 8–12 weeks from forge-spec lock. No auto-responses, no ticket queues.
03 — Shipping
Shipping
Free shipping within the continental United States. Wheels ship in foam-lined boxes via UPS or freight depending on order size. Tracking provided the day your order leaves our facility.

04 — Delivery and inspection
Delivery and inspection
Someone must be present to sign for delivery. Signature required on every order. Inspect all boxes at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.
If you discover hidden damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at [email protected]. We'll file the carrier claim with you and pursue replacement — concealed damage outcomes depend on the carrier and aren't guaranteed by us.
