How orders are processed
Every set is built to order. You're charged in full at checkout, then we email you a complete spec sheet — your vehicle, fitment, construction, finish, every number — to confirm or revise. You have 48 hours to confirm it, change any selection, or cancel for a full refund. Once that window closes and your build locks, forging begins and the order is final — no cancellation, no refund, no design changes. Walk through the configurator carefully, and use your 48-hour spec window to catch anything before it locks.

Production runs 8–12 weeks from checkout. Custom designs add ~7 days for concept renders, then standard 8–12 weeks from forge-spec lock. No auto-responses, no ticket queues.
03 — Shipping
Shipping
Free shipping within the continental United States. Wheels ship in foam-lined boxes via UPS or freight depending on order size. Tracking provided the day your order leaves our facility.

04 — Delivery and inspection
Delivery and inspection
Someone must be present to sign for delivery. Signature required on every order. Inspect all boxes at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.
If you discover hidden damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at [email protected]. We'll file the carrier claim with you and pursue replacement — concealed damage outcomes depend on the carrier and aren't guaranteed by us.

You can cancel for a full refund any time during your 48-hour spec-confirmation window. Because every set is made to your spec, orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once your build locks and forging begins. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
